Welcome to CRI! Our indoor programs offer a unique experience for rowers and non-rowers alike to build fitness, improve technique, and become a part of our CRI community both on and off the water. Whether indoor rowing, yoga or mobility & movement sessions our indoor programs are a great opportunity to build or maintain fitness any season of the year.

Yoga Mobility 

Yoga Classes

Yoga at CRI w/ Anna Juraschek

Yoga with Anna is for those rowers with a regular yoga practice, who are looking to consider yoga with a view to rowing. Goals of this course include improved flexibility, core strength, kinesthetic/somatic awareness, injury prevention and mental focus. Practice will include breath work, static physical postures and movement.

 Mobility Classes

Mobility & Movement Support w/ Dr. Erin McConnell

This class is designed to help prevent injuries in CRI adult rowers by addressing strength and mobility deficits. Taught by Dr. Erin McConnell, the small class size will ensure individualized attention and will include general assessment techniques so each participant is focusing on their individual problem areas. Dr. Erin, a former IRL fellow at CRI and current Doctor of Physical Therapy is specialized in rowing-related injuries and is very passionate about helping rowers move better in order to prevent overuse injuries. Join her once a week to learn how to prevent injury and become a healthier rower!

The class meets once per week, for 4 weeks.
